Job description:
  1. Draw up investment directions, conduct in-depth industry research, and use various channels to explore investment opportunities consistent with the company’s philosophy;
  2. Research and analyze opportunities, to verify investment feasibility;
  3. Negotiate with the invested company, formulate investment plans, as well as maintain good business relationships with business partners;
  4. Fully responsible for post-investment management, timely reveal post-investment risks, and conduct post-investment supervision, management and follow-up service of investment projects.
Job requirements:
  1. More than 5 years of investment work experience, preferably aged between 35 and 48 years old;
  2. Master’s degree or above in science and engineering, PhD is preferred;
  3. Those who serve as partners or above in well-known investment institutions, securities firms, and industrial capital companies are preferred;
  4. Those who have served in the medium-level or senior management at well-known large and medium-sized organizations and listed companies are preferred;
  5. Must have an industrial background and professional technical knowledge, focus investment directions on 5G, chips, TMT, artificial intelligence, medical care, high-end manufacturing, new materials, new energy, automobiles and other fields;
  6. Familiar with enterprise operation and management, can provide professional guidance for the invested companies on their operation, sales, personnel, capital and other aspects;
  7. Financial analysis skill is a must.

Senior Fundraising Manager

Job description:
  1. evelop high-net-worth individual customers, maintain investor relations, and conduct preliminary and follow-up research on investment preferences and intentions of domestic and foreign institutional investors and groups of high-end individuals such as high-end bank customers, chambers of commerce, and entrepreneurs’ unions;
  2. Establish relationships with institutional fund providers (e.g., local governments, fund of funds, government guidance funds, insurance, commercial banks, and other financial institutions);
  3. Responsible for improving legal procedures for fundraising and following up on the progress of actual investment.
Job requirements:

  2. Have excellent business development ability, hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, economics, finance, marketing or other related fields;
  3. More than three years of experience working at private equity funds, insurance, commercial banks, private banking and wealth management;
  4. Familiar with private equity fundraising and investing environment, familiar with private equity fund management and operation process, experienced in business development channels and have access to qualified investor sources;
  5. Have various fundraising channels and extensive connections in the industry;
  6. Strong financial knowledge and proficiency in fundraising processes and special business knowledge;
